This blog on the peri and menopause covers Step one of my menopause guide and is part three in a series of eight. It is all about understanding how a menopause hormone test can really help you to reduce your symptoms.

When you have explored and dug deep into your symptoms, the root cause of your struggles can start to emerge. Other hormone and diagnostic tests involve taking urine samples which again are quick and easy to do. And the beauty of these is that we see how your hormones are behaving over the course of the day. It is not just a snapshot in time as this would not be giving us the full picture.
